the Obama Administration is attempting to use the over-reaching arm of the
Environmental Protection Agency to thwart the will of the people.
The Administration plans to circumvent Congress and the legislative process in order to enact a radical environmental agenda that will cost American jobs, economic development and access to affordable energy.

The proposed EPA regulations will potentially devastate the U.S. economy and job market. Regulations on the coal industry alone will significantly reduce electricity generation and greatly increase electricity rates. The result will be especially disastrous for Midwest manufacturers and consumers. The six states, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio and Pennsylvania could loose as many as 3.5 million jobs under the heavy hand of the Environmental Protection Agency. Electricity prices are critical components to economic development and job growth. Not only will U.S. Manufacturing suffer but the reliability of electricity supply could be devastating.
